OFFICIAL RULES

1.            NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (ET) ON 7/28/10 & ENDS AT 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON 8/15/10 (the "Entry Period").

2.            ELIGIBILITY:Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and who at the time of entry are physically located in one of the following states, and through prize awarding period legally reside in one of the following states/districts: Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or District of Columbia.  Employees of Wells’ Dairy Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, agents, advertising and promotion agencies and prize providers, as well as such employees’ immediate family members (defined as parent, spouse, child or parent; whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) and household members (whether related or not) are ineligible. Sweepstakes is void elsewhere and where prohibited or restricted by law. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant who enters via text message, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the phone number from which the text message was sent.

3.            HOW TO ENTER: You may enter this Sweepstake via text message or by mail. Either way, you must first visit the Blue Bunny® sampling truck at an A&P store location (visit bbtext2win.com for truck sampling times and locations) and obtain the Blue Bunny phrase of the day (the "Daily Phrase") from the driver, or you may call the toll free Blue Bunny promotion hotline at 877-986-6843 during the promotion window to obtain the Daily Phrase.

To enter by text, submit the Daily Phrase by text to 84444. Standard text messaging rates apply. Limit one text message per day. The Daily Phrase you submit each day must match the Daily Phrase associated with the date on which the text message is received (as determined solely by Sponsor) or it will be disqualified. The time of receipt of text messages shall be based on Eastern Daylight Time. Total Text Message Limit: Two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) total text message transmissions. YOU CANNOT SUBMIT OR COMPLETE A TEXT MESSAGE ENTRY AFTER TOTAL TEXT MESSAGE LIMIT IS REACHED. In the event that the text message limit is reached prior to the conclusion of the Entry Period, Sponsor will post a notice at www.bbtext2win.com – please check status before submitting your text message entry as no other form of notification will be made once limit is reached. The text messaging method of entry is intended to work with most of the major wireless carriers in the United States, but Sponsor makes no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate, and the mobile device that is used must be capable of sending and receiving text messages. Entrant's wireless service provider may charge for each text message that is sent and/or received in connection with this Sweepstakes, including error message, if any. Consult your wireless service provider for pricing details prior to participation. Proof of sending a text message is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By submitting an entry via text message, entrant expressly authorizes and agrees to receive future mobile service commercial messages from Sponsor or its agents acknowledging receipt of entrant's entry and relating to winner notification if the entrant wins a prize. Entrants will be provided with an opportunity to opt out of all such subsequent commercial messages. ALL TEXT ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON 8/15/10.

To enter by mail, hand print the date and the Daily Phrase for that date on a 3"x5" card along with your first and last name, mailing address and daytime phone number, and mail the original card to Blue Bunny Text to Win; P.O. Box 1474; Northbrook, IL 60065-1162. Photocopies of cards will not be accepted. The Daily Phrase you submit must match the Daily Phrase associated with the date stated on your mail in card or it will be disqualified. Limit one mail in card per day and per Daily Phrase. Limit one mail in card per outer mailing envelope. ALL MAIL IN ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY 8/16/10 AND RECEIVED BY 8/21/10.

All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

4.            PRIZES: Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes, consisting of a family trip to Busch Gardens in Tampa, Florida. Trip includes round trip coach airfare for winner and three (3) guests from major airport near winner's residence to Tampa, FL, two (2) nights standard quad-occupancy hotel accommodations, four (4) Busch Gardens admission tickets, & five hundred dollars ($500) in cash. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $2,700. Exact value will vary based on timing and point of departure. If actual value is less than approximate retail value set forth in these Official Rules, no cash equivalent will be awarded.

Exact travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability. Trip must be completed by 8/31/11. Prize will be forfeited if winner fails to complete travel by expiration date set forth herein. Sponsor is not responsible for any closures of park or attractions at Busch Gardens during winner's trip, and will not provide anything in lieu of park tickets due to any park or park attraction closures. Ground transportation, taxes, hotel incidentals, luggage fees, and all other expenses not specifically set forth in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her guests. Each guest accompanying winner on trip must sign and return a liability/publicity release prior to ticketing. Winner and guests must travel on same travel itinerary. Guests of winner may not be minors unless the winner is such minor guest's parent or legal guardian (in which case the winner must sign the liability/publicity release on behalf of such minor guest). Prize is not redeemable for cash; nor is it transferable or substitutable except by Sponsor with one of equal or greater value if featured prize becomes unavailable. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded.

2900 First Prizes: Coupon good for use at stores within the A&P family of supermarkets for one (1) FREE 56 oz. Container of Blue Bunny Ice Cream. ARV for each First Prize: $4.99.

ARV for all prizes: $17,171. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

5.            SELECTION OF WINNERS: One (1) entry will be chosen as the potential Grand Prize Winner, and Two thousand nine hundred (2900) entries will be chosen as potential First Prize Winners, in a series of random drawings to take place on or about August 23, 2010 from among all eligible entries received. The drawing for the Grand Prize Winner will take place first, followed by the drawings for the First Prize Winners. Drawings will be conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions shall be final in all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize depend on total number of eligible entries received.

6.            WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION FOR TEXT MESSAGE ENTRIES: Potential Grand Prize and First Prize Winners who enter the Sweepstakes via text message will be notified via text message at the phone number used to submit such winning entry, and such potential winners will need to follow the instructions contained within the text message within in 3 days to provide Sponsor with their mailing address. Upon receipt of potential Grand Prize Winner's street address (no P.O. Boxes allowed as prize claim packet will be sent via UPS) within allotted time period, Sponsor will send a prize claim packet to such potential winner containing an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release ("Grand Prize Claim Forms"). Potential Grand Prize Winner must complete, sign, have notarized and return such Grand Prize Claim Forms within 7 days of date printed on the mailed notification, or prize will be forfeited. Upon receipt of potential First Prize Winner's mailing address within allotted time period, Sponsor will mail such potential First Prize Winner the First Prize via U.S. Mail.  

7.            WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION FOR MAIL IN ENTRIES: If potential Grand Prize Winner entered the Sweepstakes via mail, Sponsor will notify such potential Grand Prize Winner by U.S. mail with a Grand Prize Claim Forms packet. Such potential Grand Prize Winner must complete, sign, have notarized and return such Grand Prize Claim Forms within 7 days of date printed on the notification letter, or prize will be forfeited. For potential First Prize Winners who entered the Sweepstakes via mail, their prize will be sent to them via U.S. Mail at the address provided in their mail in entry.

8.            ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION PRIZE DELIVERY DETAILS: If text message winner notification is undeliverable, if mailed winner notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, if potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, if potential Grand Prize Winner does not sign and return Grand Prize Claim Forms within specified time period, if potential winner fails to respond to text message notification within time period specified, or if potential winner is determined to be ineligible for any reason, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will make up to three attempts to award the prize and if prize remains unclaimed, such prize may not be awarded (in Sponsor's discretion). In the event there are an insufficient number of entries, prizes in excess of the number of entries or claimants may not be awarded. Limit one prize per person or household. Prize claims subject to verification. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and delivery of First Prizes. By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to Sponsor's or its agent's use of name, address, likeness and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law. Prize claims are sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

9.            GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States, outside those states not specifically listed in Rule 2, and where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Iowa. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Iowa. Sponsor, its advertising/promotion agencies, prize providers, and any other entities associated with this Sweepstakes, along with each of their employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and assigns (collectively "Released Parties") are not responsible for: late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due or misdirected entries, mail, text messages or communications; for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, telephones or transmission lines; data corruption; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor and Released Parties are not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, inability of Sponsor or entrant to receive text messages, or for fees incurred with submission or receipt of text messages contemplated by these Official Rules and participation in the Sweepstakes. The use of automated software or computer programs to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to enter will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict registrations from any IP address or mobile telephone number if a suspicious entry is detected. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system or telephone resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Sweepstakes and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes for any reason, including without limitation should any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. In the event of any such modification, cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted at www.bbtext2win.com and a random drawing to award the Sweepstakes Grand Prize and remaining Instant Win Prizes will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time, provided a sufficient number of eligible entries have been received. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and all of his/her entries) from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if he/she tampers with the entry process or if his/her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of this Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, participants agree to release Sponsor and the other Released Parties, from any and all liability, loss or damage arising from or in connection with the participation in the Sweepstakes and/or awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activity. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GAME/SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10.            WINNERS LIST: For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked by August 23, 2010 to: Blue Bunny Text to Win Winners List; P.O. Box 1474; Northbrook, IL 60065-1162.
